I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spotless, and the customer service was top-notch. However, there were some minor inconveniences like the lack of trash cans and a missing TV remote. Despite being a member, I didn't receive any special treatment.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were super clean and had a mini fridge and microwave, which was convenient. The hotel was just down the hall from our room. Only downside was that the music was so loud it made the lamp vibrate on the table.

The location was perfect for us, not in the middle of downtown Charlotte but still close enough to be convenient. It was quiet so I could catch up on my sleep. Grateful for the proximity to Mint Hill and the assistance received with Expedia for a refund.
